Product Description

The PCI Express card from Delock expands the PC with two external serial RS-422/485 ports. Devices such as scanners, protocol converters, POS systems, infrared, IoT devices, etc. and different modes can be used.
The PCIe card supports 2- and 4-wire operation for both RS-422 and RS-485 devices on both ports. In addition, the integrated terminating resistors can be optionally activated to avoid unwanted signal interference.

The settings are made with the jumpers on the PCIe card and offer the modes Auto Detect, RS-422 and RS-485 4-wire full-duplex and RS-485 2-wire half-duplex operation.

The PCI Express card can also be installed in a mini-PC with the aid of the low-profile bezel included in the scope of delivery.
