47233 - 5.25? Removable rack for 4 x 2.5? SATA / SAS HDD / SSD 12 Gb/s

This removable rack by Delock is suitable for installation in a free 5.25″ bay of a desktop PC and allows the operation of up to four 2.5″ SATA or SAS hard drives.
Quick exchange of the hard drives
The special mechanism allows the hard drives to be exchanged quickly and easily. For example, data backups can be removed and stored in a safe place.
Protection against theft
Each of the four removable frames is equipped with a separate lock. Thus the hard drives and data can be protected against theft and misuse.
Operation with SATA controller
This removable rack by Delock can also be operated on motherboards with SATA controller. With the Delock article 83320 the Mini SAS HD port on the removable rack can be connected to four free SATA ports of the mainboard and allows the use of up to four SATA HDDs.

Note
- It is not possible to use SAS hard disks on a SATA controller.
