External enclosure for 2.5″ SATA HDD / SSD with SuperSpeed USB type Micro-B socket - tool-free

This plastic enclosure from Delock is used for the installation of a 2.5″ SATA hard disk or SSD. Despite the slim design, hard disks up to a height of 9.5 mm can be installed. The enclosed USB type Micro-B to USB type A cable enables connection to a free USB type A socket.

HDD / SSD installation without tools
The special feature of this enclosure is that no tools are needed to install the HDD. The cover can be pushed backwards with a little pressure, the HDD is pushed into the SATA connection and then the cover is put back on until it clicks into place.
