Shield clamp for top-hat rail - cable diameter 4 - 13.5 mm
This shield clamp from Delock can be used to attach a cable with a diameter of 3 - 8 mm to a 35 mm wide top-hat rail. In addition, the clamp can also be used as an EMC shield. In this case, unwanted electrical or electromagnetic effects are diverted to the top-hat rail.
To attach a cable to the terminal, the spring must be pressed down with a tool, e.g. a screwdriver. Once a cable is attached to the terminal, the best way to release it is to press down the spring with the cable. The shield clamp can also be screwed on to the top-hat rail; an Allen key size HX3 is required for this.
