This converter from Delock enables the connection of 2.5″ or 3.5″ IDE and SATA drives to the USB port of the PC or notebook. Thus, the drive can be connected directly to a USB port without an external housing. The supplied power supply unit supplies the converter and the connected drives with power. The backup function enables a backup from the PC or notebook to a connected hard drive or SSD.
