Scope of support:
The support package A includes technical support via mail, phone and/or remote maintenance for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Requests may be made via the online IT Service Management System. During office hours, support requests can also be directed to our support hotline.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CET) except legal holidays.
Support is provided after a written appointment. You will be contacted by our service technician.
