The powerfox poweropti+ PB202001 reads the data and transmits it to the powerfox app via Wi-Fi. This means you always have an overview of your power consumption – in real time. Thanks to the graphical processing via a bar chart, consumption can be analysed over different periods of time. The powerfox app also shows you whether your electricity consumption is within your instalment payment or has already been exceeded.

The best thing is that the powerfox poweropti+ PB202001 offers you an API interface for your smart home system so that you can create smart automation in conjunction with a PV system, for example. If a lot of electricity is produced and fed into the power grid, electrical consumers can be switched on automatically.

TIP: The power readout adapter is already fully integrated into the SmartThings system.

Note:To use the poweropti+ device on your eBZ or EasyMeter electricity meter, the poweropti+ device must be connected to your eBZ or EasyMeter. EasyMeter electricity meter, the adhesive seals on the optical MSB interface on the top of the meter and the power supply cover on the front right-hand side must be removed (pull off the grey plastic plug for EasyMeter meters or fold over the transparent plastic cover on the fold for eBZ meters). If necessary, contact your responsible metering point operator. Removing the adhesive seal and the power supply cover does not affect the operation of your electricity meter in accordance with calibration law.
