Triton RYA-22-A89-CAX-A1 – 19″ Knock-Down Cabinet, 22 U, 800 x 900 mm

Triton’s 19″ standing server cabinet with IP20 has a load capacity of 1200 kg, is already screwed together and easily disassembled.

• Assembly of the frame – with preformed parts and screws. Cold-rolled steel 1,3 mm.
• Triton swing handle – Just by replacing the plastic inlet (not part of supply) you can choose a classic or half-cylindric lock. Patent: PUV 2013-27443.
• Wide frame rails – Allow installation of accessories such as PDUs, cable management systems, etc.
• Edging tape – Supply includes 1 m.
• Perforated frame rails – The openings along the rails match height unit intervals of the vertical rails.
• Laser unit marking of vertical rails – steel plate 2 mm
• Flex frame – Four-point fixing allows installation of sliding rails in intervals of 19″, 21″ and 23″ for cabinets that are 800 mm wide. Cold-rolled steel 2,5 mm.
• Grounding – All detachable parts are connected with grounding cable in accordance with the relevant standards.
• Break-out cable entries – on sides of the cabinet roof

• Cabinet includes 4 sliding vertical rails for device mounting (6 rails for cabinets deeper than 800 mm)
• Cabinet construction:
• Welded steel frame with removable side panels
• Single or double doors in all metal versions, perforated (80% and 86 % air permeability) or glazed with tampered safety glass 4 mm. They can be on the front or back of the cabinet.
• Preparation for installation of vertical cable management panels and power distribution units, including mounting brackets, to the frame of the cabinet.
• Preparations for joining the cabinets together.
• The maximum recommended load of cabinet is 1200 kg, maximum load of the door is 20 kg.
• The racks are designed for installation of data and telecommunication equipment and distribution systems.
• The frame of the cabinet and all the removable parts (side and rear covers, doors) are connected with grounding cables that have to be properly attached and inserted into the connectors at all times while using the cabinet.
• There is one M8 screw placed at the bottom part of the cabinet as a grounding point.
• Can be mounted on castors and levelling feet (models A1 and A5)
• Cable entries covered with breakout-type blanking panels are placed at the top and the bottom part of the cabinet.
