Free-standing cabinet delivered as flat pack, IP20, load capacity 800 kg, 2200 x 1000 x 600 mm.

Reduced costs for shipping and storage, easy installation in areas with limited access, increased capacity. These were the basic requirements when developing the new RXA series of free-standing cabinets. Packaging it in three cardboard boxes means that even several oversized server cabinets can be carried by a minivan. It can be assembled quickly and easily and the 800 kg load capacity is sufficient for the needs of most common applications.

800 kg load capacity

This sturdy cabinet structure, based on the strong welded door frames, is able to safely carry a load of 800 kg. In the 800 mm cabinets, reinforced vertical rails can be installed with a spacing of 19″, 21″ and even 23″.

Grounding

All removable parts are connected and grounded. Individual parts of the cabinet frame are bolted together; removable parts are connected by a system of patch cables and connectors which ensure they are grounded according to all relevant standards.

Easy installation

A system of lock connections, together with the self-tapping screws, ensures an easy assembly while maintaining a high stability.

• The frame includes a pair of vertical rails for installing equipment
• Cabinet construction: Steel welded construction, can be disassembled, with removable side panels; Single or double doors in all metal versions, perforated (80% and 86% air permeability) or glazed with safety tempered glass 4 mm; The doors can be mounted on the front or back of the cabinet
• The maximum permissible load of the door is 20 kg
• The racks are designed for installing data and telecommunication equipment and distribution systems
• The frame of the cabinet and all removable parts (side and rear covers, doors etc.) are connected with patch cables that have to be properly fixed and inserted into the connectors all the time the cabinet is in use
• There is one M8 screw placed at the bottom of the cabinet as main grounding point
• Furthermore, there are breakout panels at the top of the cabinet for cable input or a ventilation unit
• For cabinets of 800 mm width, cable inputs on the side of the cabinet’s roof covered with screwed-fastened panels are also available
