Powered by a long-life CR2450 battery, the sensor communicates wirelessly via the 868/922 MHz frequency with the control panel required for the sensor to function. For easy, tool-free installation on any flat surface, double-sided 3M adhesive tape or the supplied magnet on the back of the sensor is used.
