Expansion kit PRC01 – enables second power supply for Shuttle XPC slim XH510G2
The expansion kit PRC01 consists of a PCIe riser card and two adapter cables. If this accessory is installed in the Shuttle XPC slim XH510G2, a second external power supply can be connected in order to use more powerful graphics cards. By default, graphics cards with a maximum power dissipation of up to 75 watts can be supplied via the PCIe slot. With PRC01, the graphics card can be supplied with additional power via an internal 6-pin or 8-pin power connector.
Note: The second power supply unit (e.g. Shuttle PE180) is not included with PRC01.

Compatibility
The PRC01 riser card is intended for installation in the Shuttle XPC slim XH510G2.

Which external power supply unit can be used?
An external power supply unit is not included with PRC01.
The 4-pin DC connector supports external power supply units with these output parameters:
– output voltage: 19.5 V
– max. output power: 270 W If the power supply unit is not included with PRC01, it is not possible to use an external power supply unit. Output power: 270 W
When using the supplied DC cable adapter, commercially available 90W or 180W power supplies with 2.5/5.5mm hollow plugs can be connected (see table below).

Graphics card power cable
The PRC01 kit contains an internal power cable with a so-called 6+2 pin connector. This means that it can be connected to graphics cards that have a 6-pin or 8-pin connector.
