Our shipping costs
General information
Shipping costs are charged once per order, regardless of the number of items ordered (valid for standard parcels; bulky goods / oversized items / shipping costs may vary).
The amount of the shipping costs depends on the country of delivery and the size of the parcel. The flat-rate shipping costs only apply to standard parcels. A national DHL standard parcel has the maximum dimensions of 120x60x60cm and a maximum weight of 31.5kg. An international DHL standard parcel may also have a maximum girth of 300cm.
Items that cannot be shipped as standard parcels are considered bulky parcels by DHL. Non-standard parcels are subject to surcharges depending on the shipping service provider. When ordering several oversized items, additional parcels with additional shipping costs are required. The total shipping costs for large parcels and bulky goods incurred for the order are shown in the shopping cart overview.
Items that cannot be sent as parcels and must be sent by a forwarding agent are specially marked. The shipping costs for forwarding deliveries depend on the item. The total shipping costs incurred for the order of forwarding goods are shown in the shopping cart overview.
