Our delivery times

The delivery time for standard parcels within Germany is typically 1-2 working days. The shipping time for international shipments, bulky goods and the shipping of forwarding goods depends on the respective country of delivery.

International shipments are sent by DHL as Premium Parcels (faster delivery, prioritized handling).
With DHL, the delivery time depends on the country of delivery and the distance to the respective delivery location.

International parcels in urban areas are delivered much faster than in rural areas or remote regions.

DHL bulky goods shipments have a significantly longer transit time than a standard parcel, as bulky goods are not sorted using DHL’s automatic sorting systems, but are sorted by hand in the parcel centers. Bulky goods shipments have a significantly longer transit time, especially in international shipping.

Why is my order delayed?
Despite careful and forward-looking planning, in rare cases there may be short-term delivery backlogs in the central dispatch warehouse for items with very high demand. Out-of-stock items will be delivered immediately within 24-48 hours from external or third-party warehouses. We will inform you separately in the event of longer-term delivery backlogs.

We regularly update the delivery status information in the store. However, due to the high number of orders, particularly popular items may be out of stock more quickly than the information in the store is updated.

We react very quickly to the increased demand, but in individual cases the procurement of items can take a few days longer than usual.
